4. Can I book a private session with you?
Absolutely! I offer Reiki healing, psychic readings, and business/spiritual mentorship sessions. Sessions can be conducted virtually or in person, depending on availability.

5. How do I care for my Reiki-infused jewelry and art?
To maintain the energy and longevity of your piece:

• Keep jewelry dry and store it in a safe place.
• Cleanse energetically using moonlight, sound, or intention (avoid salt or water if stones are delicate).

Shipping & Orders

6. What is your processing time?
Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. Custom pieces may take longer, and you will receive an estimated completion date when ordering.

7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S., contact me, and I’ll see if special accommodations can be made.

8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to me directly.

Returns & Refunds

9. Do you accept returns?
Due to the energetic nature of my products and services, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery, and I will do my best to resolve it.

10. My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
I take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please email me with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice. During a session, you may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as energy flows through your body. Each session is unique to your needs.

12. Are your psychic readings guaranteed to be 100% accurate?
No ethical reader can guarantee accuracy, as readings are influenced by free will and shifting energies. My goal is to offer guidance, clarity, and empowerment, but your choices ultimately shape your path.

13. Can you remove curses or hexes?
I do not engage in fear-based practices. I focus on energy clearing, protection, and empowerment rather than externalizing power onto curses or hexes.
