• Once an order has shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or carrier.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the personal and energetic nature of my products, all sales are final.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can assist you.

• For services and sessions:

  • No refunds are offered
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice
